Dispatch Policy

You will be sent confirmation of your order within a few days, by email. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any errors or changes required within 2 days of receipt of confirmation.
It is the customer's responsibility to advise us of non-receipt of the confirmation.
Your receipt will specify an estimated dispatch date. If we are unable to despatch within a few days of the the expected time frame, we will contact you with a revised despatch date. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract.
Whilst every effort is made to dispatch goods for the estimated due date we can accept no responsibility for consequential losses if the item is delayed.
If you are asked to sign for a parcel, make sure you sign as unchecked or unpack the parcel and check that it is undamaged, before signing.

Prices & Taxes

Payment must be completed before work is started on the item. All payments to be made via Paypal or Bank Transfer. International transactions are subject to the exchange rate on the date of transaction.
Once you are happy with your order we will send a letterheaded quote to you with all payment information included
Delivery outside the UK may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
For deliveries outside England and Wales we have estimated the P&P. If it is any different, we will contact you before we process your order. If it is not acceptable you may cancel the order.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders can not be cancelled once the manufacturing process has been started.
Returns are made at the customers' expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances. Goods lost in transit will be remade to the same specifications as the original order after investigation with the carrier. Missing parcels should be reported if do not arrive within 14 days of the dispatch date.
If your order is not manufactured to your instructions, or subsequently to a proof you have approved, you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods,(please note that 'special' instructions must be given in writing and confirmed by us) If you need to return goods, please contact us beforehand, telling us that you are returning the goods and the reason why.

Colour, shape & size

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Also colour variations are likely to occur due to the nature of natural materials used.
Irregular shaped plaques, may vary slightly from the samples shown.
All sizes quoted are approximate.
It is the customers responsibility to advise us of any maximum or minimum dimensions at the time of order.

Confidentiality

Customer details are not passed to third parties, but we reserve the right to pass on customer's contact numbers to parcel carriers in the event of delivery difficulties,unless specifically requested not to do so.All customer details are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Failed Deliveries

All orders whether 'Free delivery' or 'Charged for' delivery refer to an order being sent to a given address once only.
We reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery costs from the customer, if the item is returned to us due to failed delivery.

Images of our items

We reserve the right to use images of any of our signs and memorials on our web sites or other advertising material. If you would prefer us not to use an image of your sign, please let us know on placing the order.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Guarantee

We give a years guarantee for all items, although most will last very much longer. For some it does depend on customer care, maintenance and sign position. Should a problem appear in less than a year we will have the item back and correct the problem. For this reason we advise against concreting in posted signs - backfill with earth or use post holders.
